Grapes:
100% pinot grigio.

Vineyard: about 1.8 hectares, on clayey soils, aspected northeast and north at an altitude of 100 m.
Vine density is 3,600 per hectare, trained to vertical curtain and the Guyot system.

Harvest: hand-picked, in early September, with yield of 50-60 ql. (5-6 tons) per hectare.

Vinification:
the grapes are lightly pressed, then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel for about 20 days. Following lengthy sur-lie ageing well into spring, the wine is estate bottled and released.

Profile: an elegant wine, with good structure and judicious acidity, revealing superb varietal aromas. Crisp and pleasantly fruity when young, it will age beautifully, developing delicious minerally notes.
Perfect with complex fish dishes in the classic tradition, it will complement as well antipasti, asparagus, light meats and poultry.
